My holy grail gel eyeliner has yet to be found. For years I’ve used and abused my MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack, but after 3-4 years of usage I found myself wanting more. Not only was I looking for something a little more opaque, but most of all, I was looking for something that didn’t dry out in like a month —gives the Fluidline the side eye—.
