The way surgeons can completely change a face is pure magic to me. It wouldn\u2019t come as a surprise that shows like Dr. 90210 &amp; The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills <em>-or any of the bazillion housewives, as I think they all got something done-<\/em> are one of my favorite shows to watch.<\/p>\n<p>A couple of weeks ago, as I was scrolling through my <a title=\"\u2661\" href=\"http:\/\/web.stagram.com\/n\/nikkietutorials\/\" target=\"_blank\">Instagram<\/a> I stumbled upon a post by Instagram\/Makeup God: <strong><em>@TheeVanityDiary<\/em><\/strong>. Ariel did a very awesome, very <em>Nip\/Tuck\u2019ish<\/em> look and I was blown away. From that moment on I knew I had to recreate this for one of my Halloween Tutorials this year.
